What

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we warmly invite you to participate in the 19th International Symposium on Olefin Metathesis and Related Chemistry (ISOM XIX).
The objective of the symposium is to present the recent evolution and developments of this fast growing field. Another important objective is to give young scientists, PhD students and postdoctoral fellows, the opportunity to present their results and meet the leaders of this fascinating field of chemistry.

Where It will be held from Sunday 10th to Friday 15th of July 2011 at the University of Rennes 1 in Rennes, France.

History of the International Symposium on Olefin Metathesis

The first International Symposium on Olefin Metathesis was held in Mainz in 1976. Since 1977 the conferences are held every two years:
